1993
Borned in an ordinary lane family in Xuhui District, Shanghai, China in 1983. And then studied at the No. 1 Central Primary School of Xuhui District in 1989.(6 years old)
In 1993(10 years old),Clark used the computer for the first time in the bedroom of a classmate's parents and was deeply attracted to it. In 1994(11 years old), Clark bought parts from a scrap material warehouse by reselling old books and successfully assembled his first 386 computer.
1995
After entering middle school in 1995(12 years old), Clark studied and successfully passed the National Computer Rank Examination for primary and intermediate exams(now known as Level 1 and Level 2).
1998
In 1998(15 years old), Clark entered Shanghai Zhonghua Vocational School to study office automation, and in the same year, Clark began studying computer principles and applications at Shanghai Normal Night University
In 1999(16 years old), Clark self-taught and completed design software such as Dreamware, AutoCAD, and 3dmax. Clark participated in the Samsung Cup National Flash Competition and won the third place in 2000(17 years old),
2000
Started  business at www.achnet.com in 2000(17 years old), engaged in the trading of second-hand electronic products on eBay. In the same year, Clark founded the Zhongyingmei Technology Electronic Trading Forum www.cwa.com.
2001
From 2001 to 2007(18-24 years old),Clark went to Panyu, Guangzhou, and in the same year, established a LCD display manufacturing factory in Dashi Town, Panyu, with a joint venture with Shanghai izone Technology, employing 200 people.
Becoming one of the first domestic LCD display manufacturers. Competitors during the same period include HKC (Huike) and KTC Kangguan Technology.
2003
In 2003(20 years old), the independent brand LCD monitor “Aoqi” was launched, and the brand launch event was hosted by Tianji.com at the Great Wall Holiday Hotel in Zhabei District, Shanghai. During this period, Clark held multiple responsibilities including factory director, general manager, and overseas procurement.
2007
From 2007 to 2009(24-26 years old), Clark returned to Shanghai and joined IGE to promote game services and virtual currency trading globally. Get trading orders up to millions of dollars per day.
2009
Clark started studying Peter Drucker's management from 2009 to 2011(26-28 years old) and joined the IT outsourcing department of SGM (Shanghai General Motors Group) to perform software and hardware maintenance.  Clark was responsible for daily inspections throughout the entire Shanghai General Motors Group and communicating and resolving software and hardware issues with various departments, including the marketing department, major production workshops, and the general manager's office. Through this position,  Clark learned and learned all the details of internal management and operations within the group.
2012 to present
Since 2012, Clark have been engaged in the business of listing non-performing assets in physical assets, and have successively established partnerships with Shanghai Huanhan, Hong Kong Huanhan, Beihai Huanhan, and cooperate with Alex tchogorian, founder of Standard Mobile in the United States. And merge the four enterprises into Huanhan Group.
From 2012 till now, Clark took elective courses in Global History and Quantum Physics at the University of Miami in the United States. As well as Alexander Elder's market transaction theory, block chain technology and applications, neural network artificial intelligence technology and applications.

1992
 Born in Moldova in 1989.
 In 1992, at the age of 3, my family and I moved to Canada to escape the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
 In 2000, at the age of 11, we moved to Miami.
2001
In 2001, at the age of 12, I started learning to surf at Miami Beach.
In 2003, at the age of 14, I placed second in the junior division of the World Surf League (WSL).
In 2004, at the age of 15, I began learning ice hockey.
2006
In 2006, at the age of 17, I enrolled at the University of Miami to study Business Management. In the same year, I joined the university's ice hockey team, taught myself skiing and guitar, and participated in a national guitar competition, where I placed in the top ten.
2008
In 2008, at the age of 19, while still in school, a classmate's iPhone was run over by a car. To help him, Alex began researching phone repair and sourced parts from China, becoming the first person in Miami to complete complex iPhone repairs. Consequently, Alex expanded services from classmates and teachers to the community and even the federal government. Due to the high repair costs at Apple Stores, Alex decided to establish Standard Mobile, a company specializing in iPhone repair and trade.
2009
In 2009, at the age of 20, Alex graduated from university with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Alex  became proficient in six languages, including Russian, English, Spanish.
In the same year, Alex  launched an iPhone trade-in program and began selling iPhones to trading companies in Hong Kong, China.
2014
In 2014, at the age of 25, Alex opened an office in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. There, met Clark, and they immediately hit it off. Together,  started a professional electronic asset disposal service company.
2014 to present
    From 2014 to the present, Alex has been co-managing Vast Group with Clark. they have established partnerships with numerous global companies, including STG, goTRG, Best Buy, AT&T, TracFone, Sprint, Walmart, Amazon, Facebook, Alibaba, Marubeni Corporation, and many others.
